About the Role We are working with a leading UK-based company offering a diverse range of authentic World Food and Drink products, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are supporting them to find an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of their B2B Customer Services and Telesales team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to meet sales and profit goals. Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient processes. Communicate promotions, handle customer queries, and process orders accurately. Support stock management and assist with training. Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively onboard new customers. Monitor team performance, KPIs, and prepare necessary reports. What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in telesales and customer service. 2 years of supervisory experience. GCSEs (Grade B in English and Maths) or equivalent. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective time management.
