Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time. What will you do? Assist in shaping the school’s vision, leading on behaviour management, student wellbeing, and pastoral support. Oversee the implementation of behaviour policies, attendance strategies, and reintegration processes for students. Support and develop staff through CPD, mentoring, and coaching on behaviour management and restorative practices. Analyse behaviour and attendance data to inform interventions and drive continuous improvement. Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and equality, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented across the school.
