The Change Team within Border to Coast is responsible for providing the professional change framework and technical discipline to support the wider organisation in planning, initiating, monitoring, and delivering strategic change initiatives within the firm. Our change professionals are required to manage within risk appetite and budgetary constraints as approved by the Board and Executive through the Strategic Planning Process. We have ambition plans for our customers, and we are looking for experience change management professionals to join our change team to deliver those plans.
