We are seeking a cleansing support officer to join our Cleansing & Enforcement team. Working closely with our operational team, you will be instrumental in delivering admin support for initiatives and projects designed to improve the local environment.
You will be working within an operational depot environment within a small and friendly team, so we are looking for someone organised, with good IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
As our first point of contact you will welcome visitors, respond to customer enquiries, and update reporting systems. You will work proactively on back-office admin tasks which keep the service running – including managing the team email inboxes, filing, photocopying, updating databases and financial systems.

About the role:
37 hours per week.
Permanent contract.
You will be based at our Street Cleansing depot in Bath which covers the whole of Bath and North East Somerset.
Due to the operating hours of the depot working hours will be Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 3:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
26 days annual leave, increasing to 31 days after 5 years service.
