Job Title : Customer Care Specialist Location : Corby, Onsite role Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm Fixed Term Contract - 12 months Role Overview :As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll handle 150-200 calls daily, supporting NHS customers with product orders, resolving delivery issues, and processing additional purchases. Exceptional customer service is essential to ensure smooth operations for NHS delivery contracts. Key Responsibilities : Activate patient orders per contract guidelines. Resolve delivery issues by liaising with warehouses and logistics partners. Investigate stock issues and provide timely solutions. Process phone sales for top-up products. Achieve internal and external KPIs. Address sensitive situations with empathy. Skills and Qualifications : 1 year phone-based customer service experience (call centre experience is desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and database systems Organised, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure. This role sits in a large supportive team and full training is provided
