Job Description We are hiring Project Manager & Senior Project Managers within our expanding avionics team. Managing all aspects of assigned project(s) to achieve schedule milestones and cost targets, meeting performance targets for technical compliance and quality standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for developing and maintaining a detailed project plan for all elements of the project to enable delivery to time, budget and customer targets. Using project management techniques to identify risks early and lead a small cross-functional team to deliver customer requirements. Typical day to day tasks include: Manage and execute projects from Bid Phase, Production, Support Including Spares and Repairs and Disposal) Accountability for projects performance (schedule, milestones and financial metrics) Provide the primary point-of-contact for the customer. Communicate and liaise to keep them informed of work progress to schedule, and discuss issues arising. Identify and pursue follow on business opportunities for all company product areas For both follow-on and new business opportunities participate in pre-bid / bid stage discussions.
