Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking applications from individuals for the role of temporary Estates Project and Office Coordinator within the Estates Department based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen.
This is a temporary post until 16 June 2025.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide project coordination of capital and minor works projects. Including coordination of the Estate wide asset register, AMS system, CAD drawings/plans and collaborative partner spaces. To support the Sustainability Officer in collection of environmental data. To assist in the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring the effective and efficient administration of the Estates Department function.
This is a full-time post working 37 hours per week with flexible hours in line with the Service’s flexi-time scheme.
