Responsible for social media & marketing for the Zuma EU region and flagship London location;
This role will report directly to the Global Head of Brand & Communications. You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and management of localised social channels; including content creation and community management.
Create and implement the marketing calendar and social strategy for the region.
Develop and deliver creative ideas for key calendar events, activations and potential brand partnerships that amplify our brands reach.
Working alongside the Global CRM Manager to curate email marketing content for the region; providing appropriate copy, imagery and design brief for dispatch.
Identify local marketing opportunities for each city, build relationships and actively promote collaborations on a B2B level to drive covers; this could include, but is not limited to, key local businesses, concierges, local events and festivals.
Day to day management of the contracted PR company, managing journalist bookings, editing quotes and interviews requested from the operational team, sending releases to the Global Head of PR for final approval.
Direct the digital activity and performance of our platforms in conjunction with the Global Digital Consultant; brief the digital team with any website updates and new promotions as well as provide written and visual assets for paid media campaigns across Google, TripAdvisor and META.
Manage the B2C online third-party profile of our brands; identifying appropriate listing sites and ensuring all information on all platforms is up to date with menus, opening times, descriptions, and images.
Brief and manage internal photo and video shoots for marketing, social and PR related content, ensuring all are in line with our brand guidelines and creative aesthetic.
Provide quarterly marketing and social reports to the Global Head of Brand & Comms of campaign performance and data insights across all platforms.
Display a good understanding and passion for emerging trends in the hospitality industry be on the pulse with reactive content opportunities through social listening. As well as other lifestyle industries such as;sport, events, fashion, music, and film.
Experience in dynamic content creation (IE: branded stories/editing reels/infographics/use of Canva).
Copywriting & editing includingbriefing graphic designers and printers to ensure that collateral is delivered within brand guidelines, to support the operations teams.
Desirable Skills and Profile
Minimum two years experience in a similar role, IE; Social Media, Marketing, Digital, Data, Advertising, PR & Communications.
Excellent English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills and strong content writing ability.
Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels; you will be a part of a team of 10 incredible people who all support eachother to ensure success across the department.
