Our client, a leading investment banking organisation, is seeking a Trade Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Contract length of 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the investment banking industry.Key Responsibilities:
* Scan traditional trade documents and guarantees/standby letters of credit (SBLC) documentation.
* Respond to basic client queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with monthly reporting to internal and external clients.
* Handle general post and maintain daily trade logs.
* Purge outdated documents and maintain organised records.
Qualifications/requirements:
* Fluent in English & Italian
* Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment.
* Previous experience in a banking environment is advantageous.
* Understanding of trade finance products is desirable.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
