The role of a Network Engineer is to carry out activities that drives the quality of network performance for the benefit of all customers. These will include Optimisation, Fault resolution, Emergency restoration of service (24 /365), Complex fault support for consumer and Network expansion colleagues and Upgrade of network equipment including addressing and mitigating the risk caused by obsolescence.
As a customer-focused organisation, it is imperative that we carry out these activities with minimal impact to the customers that our network serves.
In this role you will ensure adherence to best practices and company policy is followed at all times to realise high standards and apply a consistent way of working, whilst ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

* Full UK Driving license
* Must be comfortable with, and capable of, climbing ladders, and generally working at heights to work on our overhead network if needed as part of the role
