About the role Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operation for Telematics & Telecoms, maximising the growth & development of existing customers and driving new business growth in-line with company expectations & budgets. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the Cubo Sales Team, Antrim and field based, with accountability for annual Telematics & Telecoms Gross Profit, monthly team and rep targets, monthly new business targets and existing customer renewals. Segment the live customer base and set targets for additional products, services and number of vehicles using Cubo products and services. In conjunction with the marketing team, develop the market strategy for telematics and telecoms. Assist in development of new/enhanced products. Review output and ROI for all marketing activity. Implement a lead referral process for Telematics, Telecom and Fuel opportunities. Analyse, evaluate and report on individual, team and department performances against targets and allocate commission payments. Implement the inclusion of an appraisal for all sales colleagues. Manage monthly 121 processes for Regional Account Manager, Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives, identifying training and development requirements. With the support of the finance team, manage the sales conversion and output in the weekly forecast review. Ensure the team is up to date with product and procedural change, assuring conformity to company and legal requirements. Oversee the application of company policies and people process. Any other duties as may be reasonably required. Compliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and other Group Policies. Requirements Educated to A-level standard as a minimum requirement. Proven track record of successful sales team management, exceeding targets. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook and Excel. Previous knowledge of fleet products preferred. Results driven and target conscious with the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Management and leadership expertise.
