Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with several secondary schools located in Macclesfield, seeking highly motivated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their dedicated and supportive teams. The ideal candidates would play a vital role in supporting teaching staff and ensuring that students continue to receive a high standard of education in the absence of their regular teachers. Responsibilities: Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring all work set is complete Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment Provide general support to all students Liaising with other members of staff, providing feedback on behaviour and class progress What we are looking for: Experience working with young people is necessary for this role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability when placed in different classrooms Ability to confidently manage behaviours, ensuring the schools behaviour policies are followed Safeguarding training (must be done through Teaching Personnel) This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive community.
