Description
1. Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall equipment efficiency.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Support and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
5. Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
6. Work closely with production and operations teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
7. Manage maintenance budget and cost control measures.
8. Report on key maintenance performance indicators.
Profile
1. A degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience leading a maintenance team within an Industrial / Manufacturing setting.
3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
