The post holder would be responsible for managing the clinical requirements of patients often with highly complex needs during and after various oncological treatments, including the provision of specialised, long-term, holistic wellbeing follow-up and review of patients post radiotherapy/chemotherapy treatment. The role involves the use of advanced clinical assessment skills, autonomous decision making, and clinical judgment to formulate appropriate treatment plans and ensure the safe delivery of treatment within the oncology setting.

You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, senior nursing experience, knowledge of radiotherapy and SACT treatments, and the ability to work sensitively, collaboratively, and effectively with a wide spectrum of multidisciplinary and diverse teams. You must also show enthusiasm and motivation to assist with service and policy developments in collaboration with other stakeholders.
