Lettings Coordinator – Birmingham – Basic £28k (OTE £30K) Are you an experienced Lettings Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? About the Role: As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lettings team, managing applicant registrations, coordinating property marketing, and facilitating smooth negotiations between tenants and landlords. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a thriving property business. Key Responsibilities: Register and manage applicant details, ensuring accurate records. Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Negotiate terms between tenants and landlords to secure successful lettings. Manage and maintain an up-to-date applicant database. Provide regular feedback to landlords and tenants. Assist with general marketing and business administration tasks. What We’re Looking For: At least 12 months of experience in lettings. A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive and outgoing personality. This is office based so no requirements for a full UK driving licence A desire to meet and exceed targets.
