A bit about the role
Are you a talented Digital Marketing Executive and looking to become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team!
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will work as part of the marketing team to deliver all creative assets for our marketing campaigns and provide design support across the business.
You will design and deliver a wide range of assets and documentation within the business and ensure all digital assets are kept up to date and on-brand. You will work directly with our Marketing Project Manager to conceptualise designs for collateral, web, social, email, and video. You will provide fresh thinking, strong ideas, and a high level of craftsmanship across all design elements.
Some of the key responsibilities
* Producing marketing campaign assets including advertising assets, social media, print and documentation including product brochures, presentations, interactive eBooks / digital magazines, sales materials, explainer videos, motion graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram, edited talking head videos, infographics etc.
* Email marketing design and graphics including newsletters and mailshots for platforms including Mailchimp.
* Creating campaign landing pages for the website and light-touch web design.
* Working with the Marketing Project Manager to enhance the visual brand, brand design guidelines, icons, typography, patterns, colour palette, building image libraries etc.
* Creating and maintaining resource literature required for new product launches (e.g. datasheets/material declaration sheets/instructions).
* Designing concepts for events including stage backdrops and brand implementation.
* Supporting with social media planning and design; creating content and imagery, both static and animated for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
* Producing reports on social media platforms and google analytics as required.
* Any other duties that the role may require.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field.
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Expert proficiency in social media channels.
* Expert proficiency in email platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress.
* Ideally experience with design for video, including animation.
* Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management, team members, and customers.
* Excellent organisational and task management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at a time.
* Ability to manage and effectively communicate with partner agencies and suppliers.
* Excellent Administrative skills with competent use of Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
