Job Title: Regional Account Manager – Central & East Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Car Location: Central & East regionJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeHours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hoursYour role and responsibilitiesAntech is entering into an exciting period of growth and as we expand our Sales team, we are looking for a motivated and driven Regional Account Manager to join us. You will be instrumental in our divisions growth with a focus on selling the Antech product portfolio within your assigned territory and creating new business opportunities by converting customers to Antech. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven and successful, has a proven background within the sales of capital equipment, and is looking for growth and career progression. This position is based across the Central and East region and although you will be predominantly home based it does require travel, having a full, clean driving licence is essential. Key responsibilities and attributes include:Conduct new business sales calls to convert accounts over to Antech point of care equipment and reference laboratories Identify areas of opportunity for the surgery in terms of enhanced work flow, increased diagnostic offering, reduced turn-around time, improved ROI, enhanced test portfolioChange management through a thorough onboarding process and partnering with the Antech internal account managersProvide an active target list which can be converted into pipelineWork with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SalesforceImplement quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives. Fiscally manage territory by controlling expenses, contract and new business activityBuild and maintain relationships with referral sources to establish a solid base of new business opportunities. Ability to research and use analytics to provide the optimal customer experience Assist in establishing the company as the leader in animal Reference Lab and POC diagnostics services and veterinary practice solutions.Coordinate daily support activities and customer activities at meetings as assigned. Complete administrative duties as required.Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities.Negotiate and implement contractual relationships.Utilize approved sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs. Partner with cross-functional teams and internal resources to co-promote additional Antech services and products.Experience required:Extensive outside field sales experiencePrevious experience selling capital equipment preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Sales Qualified Veterinary Nurse experience within a Veterinary Practice or a Degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences or Lab Sciences) prior to moving into a sales environment would be advantageous Demonstrable success in previous employment indicated by leading performer with a track record of prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.Ability to close new business within a short sales cyclesAbility to execute sales strategies in a complex, multi-faceted environmentWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Ability to differentiate core layers of business to separate Antech Diagnostics from competitorsExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills.
