I am currently working with one of the Government bodies based in Reading and they are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong industrial relations, Trade Union, and large industrial site experience to join their established team.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Strong industrial relations, Trade Union, and large industrial site experience required.
2. Good working knowledge of employment law.
3. Managerial business skills.
4. Strong stakeholder engagement.
5. Experience in drafting documents and agreements.
6. Strong analytical skills, able to resolve pay and cost queries.
7. Able to communicate with front line – not a standard HR/desk-based role.
8. Strong MS Office skills.
