Job Description
Located within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability - Property and Consultancy Services and reporting to the Group Manager (Property Asset Management), you will be responsible for the delivery of expert professional property advice; guidance and support to the services within Glasgow City Council and Arms Length External Organisations (ALEOs).
You should have the ability to work in fast paced environment, frequently under pressure and be able to communicate, collaborate and influence people at all levels including senior professional stakeholders. The ability to produce/oversee the production of high-quality written work/reports is as well as experience managing a team is essential.
You will be a member of the RICS or have a relevant degree with post qualification experience in a similar role and will contribute positively to the asset management, of Glasgow City Council’s operational land and property assets.
