Join our Central Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
Are you a highly experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong ability to resolve payment queries and streamline
processes? We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our dynamic Finance Team. In this
role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth AP operations, resolving queries efficiently, and driving process improvements.
Reporting to the Group AP & AR Finance Manager, you will play a key role in improving processes whilst maintaining strong supplier
relationships.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!
Your Duties Will Include:
* KPI Reporting – Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive efficiency
* Query Resolution – Handle and resolve supplier and internal queries promptly
* Aged Creditors & Debit Balance Reviews – Ensure timely review and reconciliation of accounts
* Invoice Processing – Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices
* PO Raising & Management – Manage purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement processes
* Supplier Set-Up & Amendments – Oversee new and amended supplier requests with due diligence
* Supplier Statement Reconciliations – Ensure completion and accuracy of reconciliations
* Process Improvements – Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing AP processes
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Highly experienced in AP and resolving payment queries
* Comfortable and confident using all Microsoft Office packages
* Strong communication skills to connect with your team and stakeholders
* Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively
* A genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development
* Enjoy working in a fast paced working environment
