Job summary The Employee Relations Administrator will provide a full and effective comprehensive range of administrative support to the Employee Relations Team for Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. Main duties of the job You will provide administrative support involved in HR investigation processes, such as minute taking, writing formal invite letters, organising/printing hearing packs, coordinating diaries and making arrangements for formal hearings. Further responsibilities include supporting HR committees by producing agendas and taking minutes, maintaining policy trackers, updating HR policies and procedures, and assisting with arrangements for investigation meetings and formal hearings. The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively.
