Job Title: Training Coordinator
Salary: £24 per hour (inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid Cumbria, with 4 days working from home and 1 day on-site in Calderbridge.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support our government client's training needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training plans and schedules in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and equipment rental.
* Manage relationships with trainers, subject matter experts, and other vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in training coordination, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Arrangements
This is a 6-month contract role, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement in place. You will be expected to work from home for 4 days per week and attend site at Calderbridge, Cumbria for 1 day per week.
