Now we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Internal Communications (InterCom) to ensure effective communication across a remote and fast growing company, fostering a strong company culture, aligning internal messaging with business objectives, driving engagement, and leading strategic communication initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage employees, enhance transparency, and support leadership initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with the management to foster transparency and collaboration across a thriving 1000-person organization. What You Will Be Doing: Developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy. Ensuring alignment of internal messaging with company goals and values. Working closely with the Management and HR teams to enhance employee engagement. Creating and managing internal content, including newsletters, intranet updates, and All-hands meetings. Establishing communication best practices and tools to improve collaboration. Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives. Developing and processing merchandise for employees, ensuring that branded items align with company culture, enhance engagement, and contribute to a strong sense of belonging within the organization. About You: 3 years of experience in Internal Communications in a leadership position with direct reports, preferably in the IT or tech sector. Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset, the ability to set clear objectives, and a track record of driving impactful internal communication initiatives. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Extensive experience in employee engagement and corporate culture development, with a demonstrated ability to foster a strong sense of belonging and alignment with company values. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, HR, and department heads, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Experience in change management communication, with the ability to navigate organizational transformations and effectively communicate changes to employees (preferred). Strong analytical and data-driven skills to assess the impact of communication strategies.
