A rare opportunity is now available for an Optometrist to join a renowned independent practice in a based near Oxford.
The practice continually keep up to date with the latest trends in Optometry to ensure they stay at the forefront of the standard of clinical care.
Key Duties
The independent is well-established and highly reputable who have a couple of different locations near to Oxford, where you will mainly be based at one as a rule of thumb.
This position is open to part-time applications, where flexible midweek days are available between 2-4 days and alternate weekend working offered.
Standard testing time are 50 minutes and you will utilise the latest testing equipment including OCT Zeiss 500, ultra-widefield fundus autofluorescence and Topcon Myah amongst more, alongside computerised records.
While testing you will be support by a highly experienced support team which includes qualified Dispensing Opticians and fosters a culture of quality over quantity with minimal focus on KPI's and conversion rates etc.
Additionally we have previously placed an Optometrist with this practice over 6 years ago who is still working with them and has given excellent feedback about them as an employer, which is always a good indicator of a truly nice place to work!
