Responsibilities:
4. Assessment and Support Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults with learning disabilities, collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to develop personalized support plans.
5. Advocacy and Liaison: Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, liaising with external agencies, health services, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
6. Crisis Intervention and Safeguarding: Respond to crises promptly, safeguarding vulnerable adults by assessing risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
