Your new company
You will be working for a Central Government Body to lead the creation, development and service delivery of the paper and digital sensitivity review services, redaction services and microfiche digitisation services, to the high standards demanded by customers.
Your new role
1. Lead and inspire the business strategy and planning for the Digital Sensitivity Review Service (SRS) and the relationship with our critical 3rd party collaboration partner.
2. Drive proactive SRS business development and ensure delivery of the business plan, meeting client requirements for quality, timeliness, cost, and compliance.
3. Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service by modelling expectations through deep understanding of client needs, quality delivery, and responsiveness.
4. Lead on SRS requirements for technical and technology, software, and service management.
5. Develop strategies to optimise capacity and capability, balancing service quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders, maintaining existing connections and acquiring new clients for our expanding digital services.
7. Continuously assess program management performance and challenge teams to drive improvements in value for money.
8. Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including people, technology, and processes.
9. Formulate and execute the annual Business Plan for the Service.
10. Ensure a Workforce Plan for business-as-usual service delivery and new client onboarding is implemented.
11. Manage the service's budget and P&L, including revenue generation for paper and digital services, with ambitious growth targets.
12. Lead the Sensitivity Review team, providing direct line management and fostering a high-performing team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience of leading and inspiring teams
2. A strong track record of business development and strategic planning
3. Deep understanding of customer service principles
4. Experience of managing complex programs and budgets
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience with information security and data protection (desirable)
7. You will need SC or DV clearance, so you must be eligible or already hold clearance
