**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at one of our Barchester care homes.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.
Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
