Conveyancing Paralegal Edinburgh City Centre My client is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their small team in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a senior role and we are looking for someone that can support more junior members of the team as required. The firm has a well-established client base and consistently busy workload, with a focus on quality service rather than expansion. The successful candidate will benefit from a low staff turnover environment and the support and supervision of their highly experienced partners and solicitors. Day-to-day of the role: Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to completion. Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to property transactions. Conducting legal research and providing accurate advice to clients. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process. Assisting with other work as required. Working closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal. Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Excellent communication and client care skills.
