Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician
Location: Hampstead
Salary: £43,625 basic, (inclusive of London Weighting) OTE £52,000+
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays

This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. Role Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns and diagnose issues.
2. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road or ensuring the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
3. Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
4. Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
5. Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements:
1. A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
2. Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
3. A customer focused approach
4. A full UK driving licence
