Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineering
The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout, and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the optimization of AMZL Delivery Stations by continuously driving process innovations, developing safe & efficient process equipment, and creating infrastructure design standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and improve Amazon Logistics equipment/processes to enhance safety, customer experience, capacity, speed, quality, and cost goals.
2. Lead multiple high-priority projects that involve management of stakeholders from different functional areas.
3. Drive standardization by creating and improving design process standards.
4. Implement and establish World-Wide best practices.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
2. Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineering tools.
3. 5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design, or layout optimization.
4. Business-level English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
2. Experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Fulfillment processes.
