Head of Year – Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead the pastoral care, behaviour, and academic progress of a year group.
* Develop and implement strategies to support student wellbeing and achievement.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
* Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure student success.
Head of Year – Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and pastoral skills.
