The Role:
You will take responsibility for a specific UK region where you will inherit plenty of existing trading accounts. The thrust of this role will be new account acquisition. You will receive support from Marketing who will provide some leads that you work on. It will be up to you to qualify the lead and develop your pipeline of opportunities, which will involve various stages of the sale including discovery, demonstration, and objection handling. The most successful BDMs in their UK team spend significant time on discovery, ensuring their solution is fit for purpose on a long-term basis. Be successful and you will be given the opportunity to develop your career within BD, Senior Account Management, or Team Leadership.
The Person:
It is likely that you are a proven BD sales person with a track record of winning new accounts and exceeding your sales quota.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £40,000 - 50,000 is on offer with an uncapped commission scheme where you can expect to earn £70,000 in year one and £90,000 in year two. Full benefits package.
