Salary - £25,000- £28,000
Location- Surrey
Want to be part of a leading global FMCG manufacturer? As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be working in the customer service team and being the main point of call for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.
The role:
* First point of call for customers and suppliers
* Processing customer orders
* Managing prices queries or orders delays
* Placing supplier purchase order on SAP ERP systems
* Maintaining stock levels
* Working closely with 3PLs and hauliers
About you:
* Proven background in Customer Service or Order Processing
* Previous experience using SAP ERP systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* A motivated quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment
