Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
Providing high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing
Coordinating and managing events, meetings, and conferences
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met
Managing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews
Ideal Candidate
Significant experience in a similar Office Manager / Personal Assistant role
A track record of delivering results
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
