* Performance Reporting: Review periodic and end-of-campaign performance reports for clients and for Stand, providing strategic insights and learnings to clients.
* Trend Monitoring & Response: Stay on top of current affairs, industry trends, and pop culture to know what generates conversations and proactively respond to opportunities and challenges in the digital space.
Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in a digital or content-focused role, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment.
* Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to lead creative social media campaigns and run ad campaigns across a range of major platforms, while integrating these with wider comms activities.
* Creative Content: Strong skills in developing integrated media and content strategies, leading on content creation and deployment, and crafting and reviewing compelling copy.
* Digital Tools Proficiency: Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), social media monitoring tools (e.g., TalkWalker, Brandwatch) and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Leadership & Communication: You are a compelling communicator with the skills to lead and inspire others, and you excel in creative thinking.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in one or more of the following sectors is desirable: sustainability and clean energy, finance and fintech, education, or healthcare.
