In this role, you will be a key contributor to a responsive and patient-focused pathway, helping our division meet the high standards and requirements of the Trust. You will be expected to work flexibly across specialty teams, offering comprehensive administrative support to consultants, nurse specialists, and the senior medical secretary as needed. Main duties of the job Audio Typing: Produce accurate and timely correspondence and reports through audio typing using the EPRO system. Document Preparation and Scanning: Prepare patient results and correspondence for scanning into EVOLVE to ensure efficient record-keeping. Correspondence Management: Issue, prepare, and send patient correspondence promptly to maintain clear and effective communication. Meeting and Clinic Preparation: Organize and prepare necessary documents for meetings and clinics to support the smooth operation of all activities.
