Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Executive for our client based in the Elgin area of Swindon in a part-time role.
This role will involve being a key part of our client's team while answering and making calls in and out of the business to advise on updates regarding orders and repair work.
Responsibilities
1. Answering and making calls to provide updates on orders and repair work.
2. Multitasking while on calls to seek resolutions and maintain conversations with customers.
Qualifications
1. Experience in a customer service-based role.
2. Good skills in Microsoft packages such as email, Excel, and Word.
3. Able to work in a busy environment.
This role offers an immediate start and the potential of a temp-perm role for the right candidate.
