Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Inverness, UK - with flexibility to work from other locations as needed
Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent position
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours as required

About the Role:
The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality care standards are met, and developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services provided
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
* Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and reports
