The Role – Sales Manager
Based from home covering the South of the UK, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
2. Managing the full sales pipeline, from inquiries to invoicing, while coordinating with internal teams.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, while identifying new business opportunities.
4. Representing the company at exhibitions, presentations, and networking events.
5. Keeping up with market trends to adjust plans to meet our clients' needs and fit with what's happening in the economy.
6. Collaborating with marketing, technical, and finance teams.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 7+ years of proven experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of results.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to turn enquiries into profitable opportunities.
3. An analytical mindset with experience interpreting market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
4. A proactive and results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
