What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and growing a permanent recruitment desk within your chosen industry.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality professionals into permanent roles.
Consistently hitting and exceeding targets while delivering exceptional service.
Staying ahead of industry trends and providing valuable insights to clients.

A proven track record of consistent billing in permanent recruitment.
Industry experience with a strong network of clients and candidates.
A resilient, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
