We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Lancing area. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for business, sales, and customer service. You will play a key role in managing sales, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. As an Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Generating new business through cold and warm leads Processing orders Acting as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving any issues Providing quotes and following up to secure business Requirements: Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Experience of working within a sales team Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Free onsite parking Company pension scheme This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Fridays 9am to 2pm on an annual salary between £30,000 up to £35,000.
