Our Deputy Product Merchandising Director is key to the successful development of brand performance in Bicester Village and across our major Central brands. This role will develop and leverage Merchant to Merchant relationships for the benefit of their portfolio of brands and the Villages they serve. Through effective relationship building and understanding of product challenges in retail brands, you will significantly contribute to increasing sales, single purchase value and units per transaction by involving in a wide range of activities such as customer trends estimation, review of pricing structure and replenishment plans, etc., working closely with the brands. You will report to the Product Merchandising Director and work with key retail, central and other Directors across the business.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 4 days a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
1. Plan and execute merchandising, inventory and pricing strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
2. Close partnership with brands in boutique and in regular meetings at HO level to identify opportunities.
3. Develop and leverage relationships with brands for the benefit of a portfolio and Village.
4. Lead conversations with brands regarding pricing and delivery schedules to maintain optimal performance.
5. Be the leader in your region for PNM across all teams and implement those within all areas of the business. In partnership with the Marketing Director, create assortments for use in digital channels.
What makes you special

2. Proven track record of accomplishment within the retail/luxury retail industry.
3. Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent understanding of local and international market brands and trends.
5. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
