Job Description We are recruiting for an experienced and diversely capable Programme Manager to join us for an initial fixed term contract until 31 December 2025, with scope for this to be extended. This pivotal new role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering impactful programmes, overseeing all aspects from development and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. You will play a key role in network building, training design, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication, ensuring our programmes achieve their strategic objectives. As a Programme Manager in a small company you will be involved in all aspects of the business, but with a strong focus on managing our expanding AI programmes. This role will require collaborating closely with Fathm’s Directors to understand and implement strategy and direction, as well as with Fathm’s Office Manager to align on contractor management. The position is for an immediate start, primarily working remotely, but with occasional in-person meetings in London. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. You will need to ensure you have access to a suitable professional and confidential environment with a reliable internet connection in which to carry out your duties. Fathm has successfully introduced a four-day week, and this position is full time over Monday to Thursday with core hours between 9am and 5pm, with some flexibility required to meet business needs. What you will be doing: As a Programme Manager your contributions would include: Project & Programme Launch and Growth: Supporting the successful initiation and expansion of key initiatives, managing incoming requests for Fathm consultancy services. Project & Programme Management: Overseeing all aspects of project and programme delivery, from planning and resource allocation to budgeting and implementation. Impact Measurement: Designing and implementing robust systems to track and evaluate the impact of our work. Managing Fathm Members: Maintaining a roster of skilled consultants, coaches, and associates. Cultivating Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international and local partner organisations and stakeholders. Identifying and Engaging Stakeholders: Finding and interacting with key internal and external stakeholders. Managing Application and Selection Processes: Overseeing application and selection processes with clients to build strong training cohorts. Expanding and Supporting Fathm’s Programmes: Collaborate with Fathm’s Directors to ensure programme strategies are aligned with organisational goals and to contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including scaling programmes internationally and exploring new areas for innovation. Staying Informed on Trends: Stay informed on trends within the industry and leverage insights to strengthen Fathm’s role as a thought leader in the field.
