To assist with marketing events as a first point of contact regarding open days. To ensure that a consistent level of customer service is available and accessible and contribute to overall consistency across the college. To contribute to, and ensure, an ethos of high quality and corporate image To undertake staff training as required. To undertake duties, as appropriate, related to the administration To maintain accurate financial records including taking enrolment fees, preparing lodgements and cash handling. To assist in the administration of an effective, efficient and confidential management system for records and archiving of information; To assist in the administration of a cost effective and efficient booking system for student transport. To assist in the administration of the distribution of internal and external mail and contribute to overall consistency of distribution. To be a point of contact for campus administration e.g. free meals tickets, stationery, bus passes. To assist in the monitoring and review of the admissions service across the College to ensure equitable and effective service; To be an integral part of the student admissions team on a designated site and ensure work is carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible To assist with the effective communication of student recruitment, enrolment and retention data across the college for both full time and part time students To process full time and part time student enrolments. To carry out ongoing student record maintenance. To assist with course cancellations and postponements To assist in the monitoring of student attendance including register checks, follow up communications with students and forwarding information for intervention strategies. About you Essential: Applicants must have GCSE English Language grade A - C or equivalent Applicants must have GCSE Maths grade A - C or equivalent.
