Alchemy is assisting a leading international moving company in their search for a dynamic Partnerships & Development Executive to join their team based in Hertfordshire, covering the London area.
As a Partnerships & Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance their market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the relocation industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Identify, approach, and secure new moving clients through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Attend monthly meetings to report on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the international moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
