Our Darlington based client is looking for a National Administration Assistant to join their busy team on a fixed term contract basis.

Your new role
1. The National Administration Assistant will run the assigned department efficiently and accurately and achievepliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.
2. You will support your colleagues, particularly those new or developing, and will be a main point of contact internally and externally.
3. The National Administration Assistant liaises with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required.
4. Provides organisational and administrative support.
5. Prepares monthly credit card analysis.
6. Opens the iing post in line with the Handling of Payments guideline.
7. Responsible for receiving daily external emails.
8. Prepares statistical information and makes relevant analysis.
9. Covers projects as specified by the Directors.
10. Maintains individual property files.
11. Controls property exchange documentation and process
12. Controls and maintains Land Registry Certificate records.
13. Ensures National and International Deadlines areplied with for own area of responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
With previous experience in a busy multidisciplined office environment, you will have sound working knowledge of word processing packages, including spreadsheets and email.
You will have excellentmunication skills, have an assertive and confident manner and have experience of dealing with and responding to written correspondence and telephone enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
