Continually looking up/out at new capabilities/ideas and how these could benefit sales. Utilise data, real-time monitoring, and intent detection to map customer journeys, design experiences, and conduct trend analysis, showcasing benefits to a broader audience. Conduct detailed analysis of Automation/Optimisation initiatives, assessing their impact on People, Customer, and Business performance Additional desired skills may also include code writing from Java scripting, Python and other code languages with a understanding of IBM systems Utilise systems for compiling, designing, and tracking changes within the business, seeking future developments to optimise the Digital platform Foster a collaborative working environment as a key team member, bringing together diverse teams from across the business.
