Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility that provides long-term respiratory support. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver advanced care to individuals in need of specialised respiratory support.
As a Band 6 Registered Nurse (RGN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, overseeing the respiratory needs of patients and ensuring their health and well-being are effectively managed. With your experience, you will provide expert clinical guidance, work closely with the multidisciplinary team, and support junior staff. Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN): You must hold a valid RGN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
* Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience within a respiratory setting, ICU, HDU, or critical care, as a Band 6 or similar level
* Person-Centred Approach: Commitment to delivering compassionate, individualized care.
* Team Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.

* Clinical Expertise: Deliver specialised care for patients requiring respiratory support, utilising non-invasive and invasive ventilation.
* Patient-Centred Care: Uphold a person-centred ethos, ensuring individualised care plans are followed and patient dignity is respected.
* Leadership & Supervision: Provide leadership and clinical guidance to nursing staff, supporting their growth and maintaining high standards of care.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
* Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously assess patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary and responding proactively to any changes.
