At Esland Grantham School, we offer high-quality education to 7 to 18-year-olds with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) with the primary need of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
Using our Turning the Curve™ model, we support vulnerable young people to "turn the curve" on their past experiences and build towards a positive new chapter.

12. GCSE Level including Math, English & Science (essential)
13. Teaching assistant experience (essential)
14. Experience in supporting young people who have SEND/SEMH (highly desirable)
15. Teaching assistant qualification (desirable)
16. Proven experience in working in an education setting (essential)
17. Proven experience in working with young people that challenge (essential)
18. Sound curriculum knowledge
19. Excellent planning and organisational skills
20. Full manual driving licence (desirable due to activities/location)
