We are looking for a passionate, supportive, and dedicated individual to facilitate the delivery of the Care Certificate and HCSW (Health Care Support Worker) induction program. This role involves guiding and mentoring learners, ensuring they gain the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide high-quality patient care.
As a Care Certificate Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting HCSWs in both theoretical learning and practical application, helping them develop their clinical competence and professional growth. The Care Certificate Facilitator is responsible for supporting the delivery and teaching of the Health Care Support Worker induction programme and clinical support for all learners on the Care Certificate to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
The Care Certificate facilitator will be working clinically for a minimum of 80% contracted work time and will be promoting best practice through education and clinical support.
You will also be maintaining a database of ongoing assessment for the Care Certificate.
